Equipment & Supplies

Know what you have, where it is, and when it expires

Summit tracks supplies by location, lot, and expiration date, giving your team the detail it needs to respond to recalls, prevent waste, and restock with confidence.

A clear inventory picture

Go from the whole agency to a single lot

Start with every location or narrow the view to one station and everything inside it. See where each item is stocked, then open a location to review individual lots and expiration dates.

  • Move from item type to location to lot in just a few clicks
  • Transfer or dispose of stock directly from the inventory view
  • Filter the catalog by item name or category
  • Include every room and cabinet within a selected station

Consistent standards

Set the standard once, then use it everywhere

Use par lists to define what each vehicle must carry and stock policies to define when a supply room needs attention. Rig checks, restock reports, and low-stock alerts all work from those same standards.

  • Par lists per service level, assigned to any number of rigs
  • Stock policies with maximum and reorder quantities
  • Required durable equipment included in the par list
  • One change updates every vehicle using that list

One complete history

Every stock change is accounted for

Whether an item is received, transferred, used, disposed of, or adjusted, Summit records the person, lot, location, and time so you always have a reliable history.

Receive

Add new stock with the correct lot and expiration details. Scan a barcode to fill in the form automatically.

Transfer

Move a specific lot from one location to another while keeping agency-wide totals accurate.

Consume

Record what a crew used on a call and which lot it came from.

Dispose

Remove expired, damaged, or recalled stock and document why it left circulation.

Adjust

Enter the quantity found during a physical count and keep the difference as a documented correction.

A catalog built around your supplies

Track the details that matter for each item

Define an item once, add the sizes or variants you buy, and choose whether it needs lot or expiration tracking. Summit asks crews for the right details without slowing down every transaction.

  • Track size variants such as gauge, French, and millimeters separately
  • Categories for filtering and reporting
  • Barcodes registered per item or per size
  • GS1 scans that capture lot and expiration details automatically

Start with the supplies you already use

We’ll help organize your existing supply catalog and par lists during onboarding, so crews can start with standards they already know.
